Scott Binnings is an American cartoonist, screenwriter, and animator of original television comedy.

​

He created an original animated TV comedy series about the wacky misadventures of Ike Bartleby, the overzealous and incorrigible blowhard in the bayous of Southland. He also cartooned, voiced, and animated a short film based on one of his stories, included in his portfolio.

He published an ebook on Smashwords.com and a short story in the Scarlet Leaf Review. He earned his BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment at Full Sail University.
